Joe & Stephanie came to us with ideas & vision - we love that! They were looking for a team that could capture the moment beautifully, candidly, and in a way that they could remember all the best moments in a movie-like video. So, we did just that! The Mallard Island Yacht Club, located just outside of Long Beach Island (LBI), hosts a stunning, bright, & elegant bridal suite and a moody, separated groom suite. We started the day in those two locations with the couple and filmed plenty of getting-ready footage before Stephanie slipped into her dress & did a first look with her dad.
Although we love first looks, it was nice for Joe & Stephanie to switch it up and build anticipation by opting not to do one, and instead see each other for the first time that day when Stephanie walked down the aisle. The ceremony location at the Mallard Island Yacht Club is beautiful, especially when weather conditions are warm and have only a gentle breeze. It sits right on the bay and if you were to walk out of the boat house 10 feet to the left, back, or right, you'd be taking a swim! The flowers & greenery for the center aisles were kept to a minimum, except for the massive scape of hanging florals lining a quarter of the aisle's length up above. The piece from Reynolds Garden Shop was dreamy, wonderful, and an absolute spectacle.
Joe & Stephanie love the wedding video we created for them. It was full of intentional details, keepsakes, and personality so that they could relive their day with everything they deemed intimate & special.
See what Joe & Stephanie had to say about their experience with us:
"We saw Ethan’s work after our friend's wedding day and fell in love with his artistic style. Ethan and his team were so kind on our wedding day and made the process easy and fun. We just got our video today and all I can say is pure magic. Run, don’t walk, to book him!"
