Devin & Andrew's wedding was so magical. From the beautiful greenery and historic buildings at Greenville Country Club to the blooming & blossoming flowers all over the property, this wedding was one for the books! Greenville Country Club, located in Wilmington, Delaware, is a spacious, yet intimate venue. Their buildings have character, vines, and flowers all over whereas their grounds are full of beautiful flowers, special spots, and plenty of photo/video opportunities.
Devin & Andrew wanted something unique & classic. They wanted their video to feel like a movie, capturing their day in a timeless & romantic way. So, we did just that! In the morning, Devin got her hair and makeup done with her girls in the bridal suite located on the property and then slipped into her dress. During that time we also captured some footage of her beautiful bouquet made by Rebecca DePasquale.
We then went over to the groom's suite with the photographers to capture Andrew getting ready. When we arrived, he and the guys were singing the National Anthem, hymns, and a fun bunch of other tunes. Once he got situated, we filmed some of his details and him getting into his Joseph Abboud suit. Afterward, Andrew and his groomsmen wrote "ANDY" on one of their shoes and then they were ready to roll.
The ceremony took place outside on the grounds of the country club in a beautiful courtyard on one side of the main building. It was a sunny day and the main aisle was lined with flowers and bushes. After the ceremony, we worked with the photographers to capture intimate portraits of Devin & Andrew. In one location, under trees that had blossomed, there was a slight breeze that gently blew flower petals over them. It was like a movie! We couldn't have planned that.
Once portraits were done, we continued and finished our day by capturing cocktail hour & reception details and then finally all the things that followed: intros & dances, speeches & toasts, and then plenty of partying! It was one of the most magical weddings and we are so thankful we could be part of celebrating their special day.
