One of our Fellow team videographers, Blair, captured Meghan and Joe's beautiful wedding at Union League National Golf Club all by himself. What he loved most about capturing this day was that the entire wedding party was so collaborative and easy to work with! It makes our lives & jobs a lot easier when everyone shows up excited to work together and make the bride & groom's day the best day ever!
It was a beautiful, sunny day in October of 2022. Blair started the day by capturing Meghan and her girls getting ready. This is our typical flow! Then, once he got what he needed, he went over to hang with Joe & his guys. Filming during the getting ready portion of the day is especially important, not only because of what we're capturing, but also because that is where we get to set the stage, break the ice, and make everyone feel comfortable for the rest of the day. Most people feel a little weird once they step in front of a camera, so it's vital to us, our process, and the experience we provide to break those walls of insecurity or uncomfortableness down so that everyone can feel at easy and have fun!
When you watch Meghan and Joe's video, you can tell they felt at ease with Blair's presence and direction. The candid emotion that you feel was truly the emotion felt the day-of. We're so happy Meghan and Joe not only enjoyed their day and the experience they had with Blair, but also loved the video we sent them!
